3x12 Freedom Framework

"Get 10 hours back by week 12 — or 2 free 1:1 sessions until you do."

The 3x12 Freedom Framework guarantees you get at least 10 hours back on your calendar within the first 12 weeks of the year-long cohort — time to put toward what you're passionate about and the long-stalled goals you'd stopped believing would move. If you're coachable, follow the action checklist, and show up for the group sessions, and you haven't hit that 10 hours by the end of week 12, I'll give you 2 additional one-on-one coaching sessions at no extra cost to get you there.

The Chef's Code 1:1 High Performance Coaching

"Get 2x better at Clarity, Courage, Energy, Productivity, or Influence in 12 weeks — guaranteed, or get 4 more sessions free."

Get 2x better at Clarity, Courage, Energy, Productivity, or Influence in 12 weeks — guaranteed. At the start, we'll score you 1–10 on the 5 areas that drive high performance — Clarity, Courage, Energy, Productivity, and Influence — and whichever one comes in lowest, we guarantee it doubles, up to an 8 out of 10, by the end of your 12 weeks. If you're coachable, fill out and return every worksheet, complete at least 70% of your Daily Tracker, stay paid in full, and show up to every session (up to 2 reschedules) — and that area still hasn't doubled — you get 4 more weeks of coaching, free!

Clarity on who they're becoming — not just a to-do list, but a defined identity and standard they can say out loud and live by.

Unlock Your Personal Growth Path

The courage to show up in rooms, markets, and conversations they've been avoiding — bigger clients, harder conversations, new opportunities they'd talked themselves out of.

A standard they actually live, not just write down — installed, spoken, and held — replacing the cycle of setting goals and quietly abandoning them.

Measurable movement in their business or income — new pricing, new clients, closed deals, a launched offer — built from the inside out rather than another tactic stacked on top of burnout.

A stronger marriage or partnership, not a sacrificed one — proof that personal growth and family life can move forward together instead of trading one for the other.

A sustainable system for energy and recovery — proactive rituals instead of running on empty until they crash, so performance doesn't cost them their health.

The end of a self-limiting pattern they've carried for years — avoidance, people-pleasing, self-worth tied to others' approval — replaced with a belief they can point to and defend.

A referral- and testimonial-worthy experience — the kind of transformation people don't just thank you for, but tell other people about.

I loved the way that our conversations opened up possibility that I didn't have in my head before. I wasn't seeing that, I wasn't thinking about that, and after we spoke, I was able to see options that I didn't see before…Remembering all those moments where it felt like I was just up against the wall and I couldn't see a way through, and now looking back and realizing, well, somehow I did find a way through. I may not be the monster of the obstacle yet, but it stopped being solid, and I was able to go through it and get to somewhere along.

Working with Nick through the Chef's Code has been a completely different experience than the coaching I'd done before. You can tell this material isn't just something he's teaching — it's something he's lived and practiced himself. He doesn't rush from question to question. He slows down, lets things actually land, and waits for you before moving on. That pacing alone gave me the confidence to really sit with what we were working through, instead of just moving through a script. It's the difference between someone delivering a program and someone teaching from real experience.

"Working with Nicholas over several months gave me something I didn't realize I needed as much as I did — confidence in my own direction. I was building something new and meaningful, and there were moments of real self-doubt along the way. Through our coaching sessions, Nicholas helped me get clear on what I was actually building, trust the path I was on, and move forward with intention rather than hesitation. The work we did together helped me see that I was closer to the right track than I thought. I'm grateful for that clarity."

About

Nicholas Brown

Nicholas Brown spent more than two decades leading in places where pressure was constant and standards were non-negotiable. Across some of Utah's most respected luxury hospitality destinations — Stein Eriksen Lodge, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Sundance Mountain Resort, and eventually as Executive Chef at the Sheraton Park City — he learned how to deliver under pressure, run 500 covers a night, and lead teams when there was no room for guessing.

But the harder he worked to provide for his family, the less present he became within it. That tension — between building something that mattered and actually showing up for the people who mattered most — is what led Nicholas, in 2021, to sit down with a coach for the first time and start looking honestly at what was actually happening in his own life, not just what he intended to do.

That honesty became Cooking Physics: a leadership and personal development platform built on the belief that the same principles that create great food — preparation, discipline, integrity, attention — create great lives. Nicholas is now a Certified High Performance Coach and the author of The Chef's Code: Six Rules from the Kitchen That Change How You Lead, Live, and Show Up. He is the creator of the M.I.S.E. System™, the P.L.A.T.E. Method™, and the 3x12 Freedom Framework, and he coaches leaders one-on-one around five pillars: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity, and Influence. He also teaches financial stewardship and long-term planning through Wealth Builders.

Nicholas holds a degree in Culinary Arts with a minor in Business Management from Utah State University, where he was recognized on the National Dean's List. He is an Eagle Scout and Wood Badge–trained Scouting leader who has served as both Cubmaster and Scoutmaster, and he sits on the board of the Rotary Club of Heber City. He served a two-year mission in Chile and is fluent in Spanish.

Outside of his work, Nicholas is a husband of more than 23 years, a father of four, and a lifelong musician who plays violin and performs with a community orchestra. His message is simple and hard-earned: success was never supposed to cost you your presence, and leadership should create freedom, not just pressure.
